These terms govern your use of the UKUNI Admission Ltd website (ukuniadmission.co.uk) and the consultancy services we provide. By enquiring, registering or engaging us, you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. About us

UKUNI Admission Ltd is registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17065720, registered office 38 Hope Street, Stoke-On-Trent ST1 5BS. We are an independent education consultancy and are not an agent of any single university.

2. Our services

Course and university shortlisting for UK higher education.
UCAS, direct and postgraduate application support.
Personal statement review, interview preparation and pre-departure briefing.
Student Route (Tier 4) visa guidance for international students, in line with UKVI rules.
Scholarship, Student Finance and accommodation signposting.

We provide guidance and administrative support. Final admission and visa decisions rest with the universities and UK Visas & Immigration respectively.

3. Fees and payment

Most enquiry and application support services are provided free of charge to students because UKUNI is remunerated by partner universities upon successful enrolment. Any premium or paid service is quoted in writing and confirmed by you in advance. All fees are in GBP and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

4. Student obligations

Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documentation.
Disclose any prior visa refusals, criminal convictions or academic sanctions.
Respond promptly to university and UKVI requests.
Not submit fraudulent, forged or misleading documents. We report suspected fraud to the relevant authority.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Consumers based in the UK have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of any paid engagement, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where work has begun with your consent within that period, a proportionate fee may be retained. Universities' own tuition-fee refund policies apply separately.

6. Our liability

We use reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee admission, visa issuance, scholarship award or specific accommodation. To the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

All content on ukuniadmission.co.uk — text, graphics, logos, videos and downloads — is owned by or licensed to UKUNI Admission Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.

9. Third-party links

Our site contains links to UK universities, UCAS, UKVI, Student Finance England and other third parties. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.

10. Complaints

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. Email info@ukuniadmission.co.uk with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge within 3 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days. Unresolved matters may be referred to the relevant university, the OIA (for enrolled students) or trading standards.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
